Take the baby for walks. I just had my second child three weeks ago and I started lifting 5 lbs weights for my arms and upper body, doing leg lifts and squats. Toning only take about 15 min a day and you can do all of this from your living room while you catch up on a tv show.
I love Dr Atkins shakes and meal bars and I choose one meal and one snack a day and I have this. Just make sensible food choices.

Buy an elliptical or exercise bike and some weights and just do it. Every day even if it's only for 10 minutes. Go for walks around the block. Eat good things if you want to snack/ eat small portions at meal times. If you're thinking about eating food when you're not really hungry just bored drink a glass of water slowly and do something like housework, going for a walk, read a chapter of a book instead.

walk walk walk. Eat what you need to to maintain BFing if you are BFing, but go easy on the treat foods.

Pack up the pram and go for a big walk, weather permitting, each day or every other day. Don't expect to get back to your original weight for a year. Let your body recover, it's been through quite an ordeal.

Try to not make it your focus, just enjoy your bub and be sensible and you'll eventually notice little differences.
