Hi Janie,

Get out and get moving. Baby in pram and walk/run and move.

There is no easy way around it but Get Moving. You can really enjoy it if you have a freind with you or a mums group to join you. I have a prams group 3 days a week and we get moving and stop along the way and exersice and stretch and laugh about being a mum...that always helps. This is such a great way to loose and shift that baby weight...it really does take time....and eating well.

Best of luck, Stay positive.

I love using the elliptical trainer at the gym. It's easier on your joints than jogging and it burns a lot more calories for less time than jogging or the treadmill.

Absolutely love the Wii Active!! It is filled with fun exercises that you can do with a partner or by yourself. There is a 30 day challenge and many different sports training as well. It is something I do 5 times a week inside when I can't get out and on average the workout lasts about 15 to 20 minutes. My first week I lost 6 pounds!! It is also really motivational!! Good luck!!

My husband and I just started doing P90X and it's really working! We opted for a program we could do at home because getting to the gym is impossible and walking wasn't enough. Good luck.

I like to swim when I can. I also take a super long walk to the mailbox(we live in an apartment) but the best is that we have cable. They have free exercise videos in the OnDemand section. Most of them are about 20 minutes long.

Not sure where you live, but check out Stroller Strides (www.strollerstrides.com). Good workout, and a GREAT way to meet other mom's, and opportunities for playgroups, etc.

I swam when I got the chance, and that helped to shead some weight, but what really did it was weight machines at the gym. Use the heaviest weight you can to do about 12-15 reps (not too heavy to hurt yourself). About an hour a day will really change things in a few months. Turning fat in muscle helps you burn more calories every day. Also running for about 3 to 4 miles burns a lot of calories too. If all this is not possible right now, just start will a brisk long walk every day and the weight will begin to drop slowly.

My lil one always liked to be jumped to stop crying, i would hold her tight to my chest and do lunge or squat jumps and she loved it! I also found out my daughter and I had a gluten intolerance when she was 8 or 9 weeks old and went off all wheat and in the next two weeks all the baby weight was gone!

A great way to keep you and baby happy and healthy is to make sure your baby is fed and changed, then go for a brisk stroll with the pushchair. This not only helps baby get plenty of fresh air and assists them to have a sleep, but gives you the exercise regularly enough to tone up and regain your figure.

Billy Blanks Teabo movies. I got 'em at wal-mart in the gym equipment area. With my diet and this movie everyday (as best I) could I lost 20 pounds! In a months time.
