Baby fat!?

I need help loosing the baby fat. I have 3 under 5 so my body never really rested. My stomach and pelvis muscles split during my last 2 pregnancies, so my doctors recommend not doing sit ups and those kind of stomach exercises.

Please help i need to shift some weight and lose the baby pouch/fat!!

Try this along with walking.... I walked 6 miles a day everyday until I lost my baby weight and it worked...

Green Tea Fat Burner pills twice a day.
Breakfast
3 Egg Whites with one piece wheat toast

Snack
3-4 Large Strawberries
Cottage Cheese (if you dont like it small yogurt)

Lunch
Plain Salad Mix (you can do the salad spritz)
with Plain Canned Tuna

Snack
1 Cup Red Grapes
1 Light String Cheese

Dinner
Chicken cooked anyway (not fried)
Green Vegetable

This is awesome... if you dont have time for lunch you can do a Protien Bar MetRX are great and filling.

It helped alot to bag and measure out all items for the week and put them in pastic bags for the week in a seperate drawer in the fridge. I dropped all my babyweight in 3 months but I really did walk 6 miles everyday... I worked my way up each day started with 1.5 to 2 to 2.5 ect....

I've found this site a really useful tool for losing that baby weight. You can keep a journal of the foods you eat. It will tell you how much carbs, fats, proteins you're consuming and what is recommended for you size. It also also you to track your exercise. You can add your cardio and it even designs a personal weight training routine for you.

I'm not too sure on exercise for your tummy since the split muscles really limits you. But I imagine an overall diet and exercise regiment will help in all areas.



One little tip I learned: Each week add a new goal (sparks also allows for that too) that you want to add to either your diet or exercise. Ex: this week I'm going to make sure I drink my 8 glasses of water. Next week: I'm going to add an extra 20 mins of cardio to 3 days of the week.



Drink water!!! Aim for your 8 cups!

Stay active!

Make healthy choices. I always aim for very basic natural foods with no perservatives and additives. My diet is; if it's man made it's not edible for the most part. But that's just me. ;)
