Does anyone know anywhere in central Halifax that offers a baby group? I am the mother of three and I am recently separated. I feel like I want an extra layer of attachment for my youngest daughter and I. She seems so little to be spending as much time as she does away from me. I know she is with her dad but a lot of his time with her she is actually babysat by her Grandmother so he has time for work and his degree, I am really depressed about my situation and want to see whats out there. Maybe even have a play date with adult conversation!! Is that a real thing? What, CTV still does the news at 5?, oh..sorry my TV is stuck on Paw Patrol or Dora and if I sing another verse of "Wheels on the Bus" im going to scream....maybe some of you have ideas I have not thought of. I live in a house in the Halifax's west end and would consider entertaining a few moms for play group here if need be until maybe we could all meet at a park when the weather is nicer.

Hi Brittany, I feel for you! I don't know what I have to offer will be what you were initially looking for, but this would fantastic for you. I have my own part time health and wellbeing business which is great for stay at home moms, allowing you to earn an amazing income, and be at home with your children. And gives you some adult conversation in the process! If this is something you would be open to hearing more about I can send you some further info or can give you a call. And we can also look at how this can open doors in meeting people in similar situations and finding playgroups in your area. I live in Newcastle upon Tyne. Kay
