Nothing can "remove" a tan. Tanned skin is from sunlight and the pigmentation in the skin changing because of exposure. The only way to get rid of a tan is to stay out of the sun.
UV therapy is the best treatment for jaundice though. Does your baby still have jaundice? If not then you are fine. Keep him out of the sun and his tan will fade.

My son did not have jaundice but he did have a very high reading for his first couple weeks. My doctor's advice was lots of feedings a poopie diapers will clear his system :) I don't think anything could be done from the outside to clear the discoloration! It's the waste eliminated from baby's system as his/her liver starts to fully function.
