baby not sleeping

ladies I need help my 3 months old baby will go to bed around 10 pm and then wake up after and hour. I'm able to put him back to sleep after 15 minitues but after that he'll wake up about every hour. he has cradle cap and I make sure to keep is head moisterized but even then he still keeps waking up im not really getting much sleep could someone give me advice. thanks

the craddle cap doesn't have much, if anything to do with it. get a routine that will be easy to stick with. be consistant. thats key! fill the belly as much as possible through out the day and make sure baby is clean and comfortable with a full belly before bed. try swaddling. do ff or bf? if you bf try cosleeping until you intoduce cereal. then give a cereal feed just before bed along with a milk feeding. it'll get better, i promise. good luck:)

to take care of the craddle cap use extra virgin olivve oil, and a fine toothed comb. Rub the oil into the scalp and comb in about 10 - 15 minutes it will come off without pulling out the hair. also I am finding The Johnsons Bedtime bath soap and a shower bath right beffore bed is helping mine sleep mine was doing the same thing at 10 months
