Hi everyone. .
My baby completed her 8 months recently.. till now she wants to stuck only with breastfeeding. .. I try giving her cerelac khichdi fruits but she tries to vomit out everything. . So can anyone let me know is breastfeeding sufficient and fulfil thier needs.....

Another thing is that baby may be trying to vomit out the food because of the gag reflex, try feeding smoother blended foods (like stage 1 baby foods) that are almost liquid. Too much texture too soon some babies won't like and their natural response and instinct is to "vomit" it out so they don't choke. If baby doesn't get the hang of it with a spoon try feeding stage 1 foods from the pouches that are available, my son did much better with those cuz he could suck it straight from the pouch , it doesn't make as much of a mess either :)

Breastfeeding WILL DEFINITELY support them through the first year if not longer! Feeding a baby solids before a year old is really just for fun and practice! My baby is going on 14 months and still gets most of his calories from breast milk, he does eat a lot of solids too but he also BFs 6+ times a day, have faith in your milk and your body, that's what we're made to do!
