No soda's, no carbs or anything really after 9pm, fast pace walk for 40 min 3 days a week adding protein shakes after each workout made with choc soy milk. It's important to eat smaller meals, even picking all day rather then 3 regular meals, and water is a must!

Simply eating healthy (no refined foods like white bread and sugars, no chips and other junk, etc. Eating plenty of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and whole grains with a little lean meats in there) and eating less (do not overeat!) helped me lose 50 lbs in 4 months! I now weigh less than I did before I got pregnant. I did not follow any special diet and I also allowed myself a little (a LITTLE does not mean a whole bag) bit of chocolate :)

I just recently lost 19lbs. (still have 20lbs. to go) - I work out at home for 45 minutes a day and I use the exercise ball at night for about 20 minutes (after kids go to bed). During the day, I will go to my cable's ON DEMAND and exercise to the free programs they have that month. I do this when my youngest goes down for his nap. I also stopped eating after 6pm. I started drinking more water and less cokes!
