I usually bathe everyone in my household (well my fiance obviously bathes himself :P) every other day unless a kid is all sweaty or dirty. My middle son has bad eczema so I can't really bathe him more often than every other day or he flares up real bad. If he's messy and it's not a bath night then I'll wipe him down with a wet washcloth. I shower with the baby so he gets cleaned every other day. It's not good for anyone's skin to bathe/shower every day unless you're sweaty or actually dirty. It can cause the skin to dry out.

My daughter is 5 months old and we bathe her about 2-3 times a week... unless she has a blow out and needs an extra bath lol.

My daughter is almost 6weeks and I bathe her 2-3 times a week. I will also bathe her an extra time if she gets dirty. And in between baths I just wipe her done with a warm wet wash clothe.

My son is 5 weeks old and I bathe him every other day. He loves the bath though, some moms I know bathe their children every 3 days because they hate the bath. My son also likes the shower. Once a week I will have him take a shower with me, its a great time for bonding :). It all depends on the childs preference, if baby hates it, i would say try it every 3 days, dont torture them, just take a cloth to them once a day in between baths. But if baby likes it, do it every other day. Every day is a bit too much because your child could develop really dry skin and cradle cap. Its not very cute.
