my oldest son had this problem-cutting out the liquids 2-3 hours before bed is good but the best suggestion we got was drink more during the day to strech the bladder and during the day when she has to go to the bathroom 1st go lie on the bed(sounds weird but it helps)if all else fails try an alarm(but only if you are willing to get up and get her up any time all night long)its a commitment but over time it helps.

Happens to lots of girls. Much depends how frequent. If doctor isn't concerned, then try the suggestions above. This happened to me and embarassing as it is to admit, it still happens to me sometimes. She might have a small bladder all her life too. The most important thing besides her health is not to shame her. Good luck

Okay, I had this problem and I wet the bed until I was 14. I would try knocking out the liquids 3 hours before bed. You also want to make sure she goes before bed. I would not think it could be anything to worry about, she might not have that alarm clock in her head yet to say you need to wake up and go to the bathroom. I had no issues going on when It was me, I would not worry too much unless the Mom alarm goes off and you feel like you should see someone. Try to notice if there is anything going on with her surrondings that could be a trigger for that. My son has a similar problem so I can relate as a mother and as a former bed wetter.

if theres no health issue... try making a routne to stop fluid intake a few hrs before bed... dont stress the child or make a huge deal out of it... this will cause stress on the child MAKING IT WORSE some children its a gradual thing.. with others it stop over night, however can become a 1c n a blu moon affair... or even try waking up with her half way through the night n encouraging her to use the toilet... that might help

my daughter has kidney reflux and that is one of the most common symptoms. If she has urinary tract infections a lot i would ask her doctor about getting an ultrasound.
