Hello, my daughter will be two in feb and she used to only go to bed with a bottle of milk. I thought we were going to have the hardest time getting her off it but it was actually quit easy. We told her the fairies were coming to take the bottles away because she has a new little sister on the way. We basically made it a game. So start with changing the time you give him milk. Try giving it 30 mins before bed and add more time to it as it gets easier. Tell him big boys don't have milk when they go to bed but can have it before as a special treat. Slowly he will not even want it anymore. Also since he is two getting him in a toddler bed may be a good idea, this shows them independence and can start routines a lot easier by them making there own choices and getting in bed by themselves.
