What is the secret to losing my pooch. My LO IS 7 weeks.

There's no secret. Exercise and healthy eating are the only ways. I've had four children (currently expecting my 5th), and my stomach gotten flat again after each by getting 30-45 minutes of activity 5-6 days a week and eating moderately of mostly healthy food. I will say, the skin on the stomach stretches so far during pregnancy, even at your pre-baby weight, you may not be flat yet. I've found it takes about 6-12 months for the midsection to return to "normal." Hang in there!

Seriously?
Unless you are a celebrity that has access to 24 hour chef, personal trainer and everything else, it takes months sometimes a year to get back into shape.
If you are breastfeeding you need to keep up your calorie intake to produce milk that your baby needs.
As long as you are getting some sort of exercise (even walking every day helps) and eating healthy, you are fine.
