try all kinds of nipples. my kids were very picky and would only do the latex ones not silicone. try different flows too. good luck!

Why does he have to take a bottle? are you medically unable to nurse him or are you just choosing not to?

my son wouldn't take a bottle either, he ended up needing an orthodontic nipple. My 3rd NEVER took a bottle, my 4th was forced to succumb to hunger because my breastmilk supply vanished when my period return when she was 8 mths old. She fought the bottle for 2 days before giving in. Some are just stubborn while others need a specific type of nipple. Just try every type you can find and also don't try it when baby is really hungry or they will get stressed and fight it even more. With my son and 3rd daughter I found introducing the bottle between normal meals helped them understand that milk came out of that as well and they took it easier. Whenever I tried when they were really hungry they refused it completely and became hysterical. Good luck!!

hi

have you tried a variety od nipples? sometimes the shape may make a difference. when my daughter came home from the hosp. we could not ger her to drink long story shortt the problem was the nipple. she needed a orthodontic nipple just a little longer and easier for her to grasp

good luck
