First of all this is going to sound mean but please hear me out. Take the snacks away. Especially if it's effecting her regular eating habits. Those snacks are like junk food~They become addicting and often effect children's eating habits. Make it like a reward instead. If you eat all of your ____ I'll give you a ______. If you don't eat your lunch you won't get a snack. And stand firm in your decision..Best of luck and wishes.

My son is 13 months and a few weeks ago he started spitting out food - I think it was just because he realised that he could. I just keep offering him food and telling him that spitting is not nice.

have you tried dry cereal, toast with butter for breakfast. For lunch maybe try like mac and cheese. Sometimes if my daughter (13 months) is in a picky mood I feed her veggies like peas or corn. Sometimes I try to not feed her a balanced meal in one meal but have to spread it out during the day. Since my daughter drinks tons of milk and I give her a viti. every day I dont worry as much if her diet is unbalanced if her digestive system is regular. Hope this helps.
