Breastfed baby won't take bottle

My 12 week old son no longer wants to take the bottle like before. He only wants his boobies (my breasts). This has prevented me from taking on any activity away from him. I can't work, socialize and take in some hobby or even go to the gym. Is there a way I can get him to take the bottle again? When my mom or mother in law give it to him he gags, cries himself senseless and then passes out from exhaustion. It's quite stressful receiving a call when this happens. Am I just going to have to forget about me and pretty much dedicate all my time to him? With no free time for me? I don't know if I can do this.
Any advice?

you could try a different bottle. There are some more expensive ones I believe that are supposed to mimic a breast better. Also, you could try goat's milk instead of formula and see if he takes that better. It wouldn't have the same texture as formula. Squeeze a few drops into his mouth from the bottle to get him more excited about sucking it. Infants are pretty dependent on their moms so you won't get much free time, but it does get better. He'll start eating less frequently and then be able to eat things like baby cereal and pureed fruit when he's about 4-6 months that will tide him over a little bit so you can carve out some time for you.
