ok so my baby has been sick for about 3 days. He has like a croupy cough, runny nose, & he felt really hot to me the 1st day.. & today. (3rd day) he coughed until he threw up. I was so worried . Someone told me it could be RSV. But if a baby has RSV would the baby sometimes be playful & laugh & get up & move around? btw ( by the way) I'm a 1st time parent so I'm new to all this please help ! :(

Yes, he could definitely have RSV. It could be very serious if untreated, and he could possibly need to be hospitalized. You should take him to the doc, especially since he had a fever. They will order breathing treatments if he tests positive. This isn't something you want to mess around with.
