It's been hard on me at helping her get through it it's like she's losing hope . The disease affects her inner ear which causes her to be off balance and have severe veridgo attacks that leaves her in bed for hours from being dizzy and throwing up intil the spell has past . She's going through a bad depression stage and has anxiety she's taking medicine for it but doesn't help . There's no cure for it . How do I help her?

I have it too, the triggers are caffeine, salt, alcohol, stress and fatigue, nicotine. I had to eliminate all caffeine including the amount of chololate in a single herseys kiss to get the symptoms to subside, which they did. The other triggers weren't an issue, be diligent and help her to avoid these, it does improve in time.
