Liquid fleet suppositories ages 2-5 but give only half!!! Fast quick acting! My daughter 2 and a half now used them from the week she was born. she only recently grew out of it. I tried everything from formula change, prune juice, etc. nothing worked but the suppositories! Hope that helps!

depending on the age I would suggest apple juice mixed with water or prune juice. Or a tsp of karo syrup in the milk.

try colic ease (www.colicease.com). it's all natural gripe water that gets her tummy working like it should, sort of greases the works with natural oils.....also, if she's eating foods...homemade stewed prunes mixed with some cereal is an awesome stool softener....1 container prunes...cover with water....bring to boil....simmer until squishy..add water as necessary (add a little sprinkle of cinnamon for zest). Let cool, throw in a food processor with a little hot water and freeze in dixie cups (perfect serving size!)...I thaw the fruit and add some oatmeal a couple times a week to keep things moving along....hope this helps....
