im about 6weeks preggas and have a 5month old daughter. im finding it a bit hard in the morning with the sickness. i always seem to feel ill when she needs breckfast or wants playing with. and because shes too young to understand she gets very upset when i have to run off for a little while to sort myself out.

has anyone got any tips for my sickness or to stop my daughter getting upset when i have to rush off to the toilet?

Babies have a very short attention span so shell get mad but thats normal because she doesnt understand whats going on. There are lots of things that can help like taking B6, mint eating smaller amounts and try to figure out if something triggers it Id talk to my dr if its severe or nothings helping they have lots of stuff besides meds that can help . With my second all I could keep down for the first trimester was strawberry Kool-Aid hope this helps
