How far along are you? I have been miserably sick for the last month and could barely get off the couch, and found out 3 weeks ago that I'm pregnant. Add Christmas into the mix and a whole lot of new stuff that was brought into the house, and you get one overwhelmed me! I am so far behind in the laundry, and the house is just in shambles. I have 4 kids to take care of, 6 and under. My oldest has been on Christmas break for 2.5 weeks now. I haven't even had the energy to make them pick up :( it's been awful. I am just now starting to feel better and get things back in order. But I know it will be a long process. I still don't have a lot of energy. Just give yourself credit for the things you CAN do. Like, feeding the kids. If you can afford to have someone come in to help clean a little, go for it. Get help wherever you can. People will understand.

I felt like that and had no children to deal with :( - and had to milk the bloody cows! It's awful - have you got any iron pills? Can you call somebody to come and help for a day? let the house be a mess - it takes too much energy constantly trying to keep things tidy when your pregnant and sick. I had extreme morning sickness- all day - every day until about the last 2 or 3 months of my pregnancy - It was gross - my house was a pig sty and I felt revolting - I don't think I even had the energy to brush my hair for a while there - you just have to remember that the state of your home and feeling like utter shit won't last forever and when the baby is out and a couple of months old and you get some energy - you will finally be able to do a spring clean :) I know its horrible but till then try not to even worry about it .. you could try and make a "cleaning the house" game for your other kids - it might keep them occupied and help you out - :)
