Yes you can be breastfeeding is not a foolproof method of birth control. Take a test.

Have you had unprotected sex? If so, go take a test. You don't have to menstruate to ovulate. The bleeding is wasted resources. If you are not pregnant, no more sex without at least a condom. If you are, congrats!

Talk to your husband, you two must absolutely be on the same page about how many and how far apart you want your kids.

Good luck, it will all work out.

Have you begun your menstrual cycle since your delivery? If so, have you missed your period and if so, by how much? There is no sense taking a pregnancy test until you are a few weeks past your period's due date. Even if you haven't begun cycling yet, yes, you could be pregnant. The dollar stores carry pregnancy tests now and they work just as well as the more expensive ones. Just take a pregnancy test, see what it says and take things from there. Worrying isn't going to change anything...it just stresses you and makes it more difficult to enjoy the baby you have. I disagree with the post to continue feeding the baby through the night for birth control. #1 you as parents need your sleep and the baby needs a normal day/night cycle #2 breast feeding more doesn't guarantee that you won't get pregnant so I wouldn't bother shaking things up like that #3 If you are pregnant, please know that siblings that are close in age are an amazing gift to you and to each other. Two truly are easier than one most of the time as they enjoy playing together so very much. Many moms would give ANYTHING to be in your position. Sometimes we just need to count our blessings!

Yes, you can get pregnant even when you are breastfeeding, especially once the baby starts to sleep through the night. You should get a pregnancy test done so you know for sure.

Yes, it's possible. You want them to be feeding at night, fairly frequently, for it to be effective as birth control, and that's only viable until they start eating solid food.

It might just be that you're not getting enough vitamins and nutrients. Go take a test, and make yourself feel better.

If you aren't using any form of birth control (exclusive breastfeeding is not birth control) then yes, you could be. Even if you haven't started having periods yet you could be, since you ovulate before your period. You could ovulate and not even know it. However, if nausea is your only symptom, I wouldn't be too worried yet. :) And congrats, if you are!
