I have a 3.5 yr old and 4 mth old and I am a SAHM. I feel guilty bc I feel as if I am not doing enough with my 3.5 yr old. Can someone give me a day in the life of a mom with similar aged children and situation.

I have an almost 3 year old and a 6 month old.
I feel the same way (as I'm sure most Mom's do).
What I have done for my family (mostly for me) is to create a schedule for the day, and I try to follow through on most of the activities, so that everyone gets the attention and time they need.

8 A (time girls have been waking up lately) - Wake up, get dressed, have breakfast,
feed baby
9 A - Mommy shower, TV time
10 A - 'School': I just started implementing school type activities with my 3 year old. There are tons of great ideas and printables all over the internet. She loves this, she is learning, and we get one on one time while the baby is napping.
11 A - Lunch
11:30 - Story time
12 - Outdoor Play/Indoor Play (sometimes this is in the morning, sometimes later in the day, sometimes several times in one day)
1 - Art: Try to do something crafty with my 3 year old every day. Painting, drawing, play doh, etc.
2 - Quiet time/Nap time
3 - Clean up, do dishes, get ready for daddy to come home

Obviously it isn't exactly like this every day. Sometimes times are shorter or longer, we have errands to run, go to the park, etc.

I was tired of feeling like I wasn't doing enough and I feel like this schedule helps me to hold myself accountable for what is happening during the day. Basically I do a LOT with my 3 year old when the baby is napping.
