When she goes out does she wear sun glasses? I have blue eyes, so my eyes are more sensitive to the sun. If I am squinting then I will have a headache later in the day. Also make sure she is staying hydrated. Lack of electrolytes can also cause a headache. Drink lots of water prior to going outside and then once outside keep fluid in her....water, Gatorade, etc. Something you may want to have checked is diabetes and high blood pressure....these are also two things that can create headaches. Hormones can also be a cause for headaches, if her headaches had just started recently I would say this might be a probable cause. But with her having them since 5 yrs old I would keep investing. If diabetes or high blood pressure has not been checked I would check those out.
