I am a Mother of four. I had baby blues with two of my children. Hang in there, it gets better. I talked to my husband and doctor about it. When I was awake, even at night I made sure I was in a brightly lite room. Take deep breathes and as hard as it sounds enjoy the time. Make yourself smile even when you don't want to. You are not alone.

When my baby girl was born in December, I had baby blues pretty badly as well. I would cry almost every day and felt so overwhelmed! I think this is pretty normal after you have a baby and you have the drop of hormones in your body. Baby blues usually only last a couple weeks and if feelings are lasting longer than that you may want to talk to your doctor because it could be PPD and you should definitely seek help. I am a stay at home mom as well and don't live close to family and friends who can come help give me a break. I know how hard it can be. Hang in there!

Being a mom at home alone ne with a kid is a boon... as years pass our kid won't have time to spend with us... rather than feeling alone n depressed, enjoy each n every move of ur kid.. explore ur kid spend a lot of q uality time... That's what I do....
I'm alone at home with my 4month baby.. my husband leaves in the morning and returns late night!! No one to speak... let's have fun with our kids.. ☺☺
