Dinner ideas?

My husband and I are in such a rut for meals, we always end up having the same old spaghetti or tacos... does anybody have easy recipes that don't involve ground beef? Ground beef is great, don't get me wrong, but it seems like that's the only kind of meat we ever use!!

I love to make pork loin roast in the crock pot. It is so easy and very tender. Spray your crock pot with Pam or other vegetable spray or you can use those plastic crock pot liners, but I hate to cook in plastic!) Place your washed, salted and peppered pork loin roast in the pot and pour one can of Rotel tomatoes over it. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 hours. When done you can serve as is, or if you like BBQ pork, you can remove the pork and shred it on a cutting board and mix with BBQ sauce. Serve on buns with cole slaw and beans. Or if you eat it plain, serve with green beans and a salad and some crusty bread! Yum. Now I'm hungry!!

Oh I'm sick of ground beef too! It's so much cheaper though LOL
I love to make chicken stir fry with rice (just use the VH or uncle bens sauces in a jar)
Pot roast- throw a roast beef in a pot with a lid, sprinkle a package of onion soup mix, add 1-1 1/2 cups water, roast for about 1 hour, take out and add potatoes and veggies, throw in for another hour or so
Chicken Alfredo is really fast too. Just fry up some boneless chicken (you can buy the sauce in a jar too) boil up some Alfredo noodles and toss it all together
