Layer a pan with chicken nuggets, mixed veggies combined with a jar of turkey gravy, tater tots, and cheddar cheese. Bake at around 350* until everything is heated through. The ingredients are cheap and it heats up quickly if everything is thawed. Quick one-dish, balanced meal. :)

Stir fry is one of my favorites. Of course, I make my own sweet and sour dressing, so total time is about 45min (it would be about 30 with store bought dressing). I always have chicken that I have boiled, deboned, and chopped in my freezer ready to go, so that helps with time alot. Once you have those two things, fry frozen stir-fry mix veggies and chicken in pan with a little dressing, fix rice according to package, and you're done.

My 6 yr old LOVES a meal i threw togetther one night, its cheddar broccoli rice, chicken (you can use either canned chicken or cooked and cubed chicken) and after i mix all of that i grate cheddar cheese on top and the kids absolutely love it, very simple and if you use the canned chicken u can have it done in less than 20 minutes :-)
