supplements to lose weight are just not a good Idea. Eat well and excersise. One of the posts ssid that they are stuck. I was watching a program that said that the body after a 8 weeks of an excercise get bored and you stop losing weight. So at 6 weeks you should change your excercise routine to avoid this.

I got one of those walking DVDs that they have at walmart. I did those and lost a pound a day for a while. It helped because I could do it while my kiddos were sleeping when they were little, and I can do it when it's cold. Now that it's getting warmer, I've been putting the kids in the stroller and walking that distance outside.

i am starting to loose again finally!!!! i have changed my eating, heck i have changed everthing! but i broke bown an had some hotwings, an oh girls let me tell you they were so good!! then i felt so guilty, i got right back on the wagon an got on the scale today and lost five more pounds. it was great!!

people need a boost time to time not stupid remarks!!

Hmm...I just changed the way I ate and lost 20lbs. No "diet" gimics to loose it fast and I haven't excercised regularly! I made a change that will last me a lifetime....are you going to keep up with drinking a shake twice a day forever to keep the weight off? As soon as you start eating normally again, you'll start gaining some back. This isn't a long term solution. Just eat right!

excersixe everyday for an hour an i have lost 23 pounds since middle of january, but now stuck, have not lost anything for almost 2weeks, so if there is something to help me jump start it again i am looking in to it!!! real funny huh

yeah i need to also but im hoping the things i want to do over the summer will help but i am also pregnant again so i have to take it more easy now esp since i just had a miscariage in nov help (if its anything but diets)
