Do you still get that warm feeling inside when you see your son/daughter sleeping?

Apryl is 4 months I know she's still real young but I wanna hear from other moms. I think its great when you can express how much you love your children. Everytime I look at Apryl sleeping so peaceful in her crib I still tear up with so much joy and thank god everynight she's mine. Please share the feelin you get when you take a minute to look at your babies.

I always get that feeling but I past the tearing up part. My babies are 9, 2 1/2, and
1 1/2, I peek in on them before I get in the bed and in the middle of the night. I want to make sure they are ok and that they still have their stuff toys in the bed with them adjust their blankets, change diaper (if need to) and ask them to go potty. So silly to some but that's what I do.

You know that feeling of being filled from head to toe with absolute love and warmth? That's what I feel. Then, my mind automatically wonders how someone so precious and absolutely adorable can be such a terror when he's awake?!!! My son is 2... and acting like it.

Absolutely, I especially love when they fall asleep in your arms and you can snuggle with them. My little guy is 10 months old and I love when he falls asleep while holding him...of course with 3 other children the snuggling doesn't last too long! I still have that same feeling watching the older 3 when they are peacefully sleeping. It's the ever growing love that a mother has for her children...amazing!

My son Aidan is 6 months and i'm the same, i just love to watch him sleep and wonder what is going through his head because some of the faces he makes are so funny.
Sometimes i find it hard to believe that i am finally a mum after trying for so long.

There isn't anything in this world I wouldn't do for my kids. When I hear I love you from my two year old daughter or get a big hug from my four year old son, I melt. I wouldn't trade it for anything, and I am so incredibly thankful that I get to be with them through the meals, the tantrums, the ouchies, and the bed time kisses and tucks in and everything in between!!!!!! It is the hardest, but most rewarding job in the world!!!!!

My kids are 15, 8, and 3. I hear someone mention them, or ask about them and I bust out with pictures! They will always be my babies. I would never go back and change a thing even if I could!

I have 4 children aged 8-17. Every night as I am checking the doors and turning off the lights before bed, I check on each one of them (just as I did when they were newborns and would make sure they were still breathing) and feel an overwhelming sense of love and pride. "as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be" As long as you are a mom, the feeling will never go away.

I know the feeling, my son is 5yrs old and when I check on him before bed I can't help to feel a glow. It amazes me to see how big he has got it seems like only yesterday he was curled in a bunch sleepin on my chest, he's over half the height of me now.
Enjoy every moment of your childrens lives

I get what you mean. My daughter is now 18 going on 19 months and it gets to me when I'm able to see how big she's gotten. How much she's grown from being the little baby that I had a year and a half ago. What gets me more is that the time that I've had with her has pasted by so fast and I can't help but feel that one day she'll off and gone to start her own life one day, when I just wanna keep her itty bitty so much.

I have a 2.5 year old and a 5 month old and with each of them I still get as much joy, love and awe that I did when they we're first born. It is so wonderful. I am so thankful and blessed with my babies. I absolutely love to watch them sleep still. :) Being a Mother is one of the best gifts I have ever received. :)
