Does anyone have any ideas on how to lose weight and keep it off? Im having a hard time losing the weight

If your not breastfeeding and can exercise with no issues I reccogmend P90X or any of the Beach body programs. I have P90X and love it. Not only does it give you varitey it helps you to continue and keep it off and keep bettering yourself.

You can wrk out as hard as you want and on your own pace. I wasn't able to do the whole thing for a few wks. I can do things now (haven't used it in a yr since I got baby #3) I couldn't do before, after baby #2.

The variety is that each day wrks a different part of your body. One day will be yoga another day it will be cardio then some weights....etc. This is in the P90X the other Beach body programs are wonderful too.

diet is a big part, stay away from processed ready made foods. you can work out at home with lo. do arm curls with them, go for walks, lift lo to ceiling then down. the more they grow the heavier they are so best to start when they are young. check into your local gym. i have a pass with the city leisure centers that offer daycare. leave your child in the daycare and go work out (eliptical is what i used, it uses arms, legs and gets heart rate up) plus, when i leave my son in gym daycare if they need me they just come get me. i highly suggest the gym. gives them time away from you and they are safe and being taken care of, like i said if they need you they come get you. the first week i was called to get him everytime. after a while though he stays there with out needing me. you can also do aroebics with them in the stroller, the local mall has baby and me fitness classes with the stroller. lastly, go swimming. join a swimming class. the water gives you buoyancy and there fore it is actually easier to work out in the water. hope this helps.

I'm doing a similar program, 90 day supreme challenge, and love it. It's something different everyday and I can do it in my livingroom while my daughter is taking her nap [:
