BBQ chicken - high calorie and high protein Mac and Cheese and some fruit. Try to keep it balanced.

Add in healthy fats; avocados, olive oil, canola oils. I would really encourage you to consult with a dietician on this. They will be able to help you up her calories but keep her on healthy foods. In the mean time, just give her extra snacks. You don't say how old she is and that can have a huge impact on what you can give her. Good luck, I've got two boys that are skinny eating machines.

Hi Giev. I know that it can be tough. I no whave to make two different meals every night. My daughter is on a high calorie diet but that usually means that it is high cholesterol and my husband is on a resricted diet for his cholesterol (lol). But I digress. I have started to use cheese sauce on veggies and gravy on potatoes and meat. I usually make mashies for Becky because I can load them up with calories from the butter and the 18% cream I use to make them (1-2 TBSP butter and 1TBSP 18% cream for 1 potato). I also make her mini chickem pot pies (I got a small pie plate - I think it is actuallyfor making individual quiches). I give her whipped cream on her pancakes and french toast as well as syrup. I also make her cheese bread while I make regular white bread for my husband and myself. Becky also always gets a desert after lunch and dinner. I save the more sugary one for after lunch so it doesn't interfere with bedtime. Chocolate chip cookies made with shortening rather than margerine are a real hit with my little one. She also enjoys ice cream and cake. You can also make ice cream sandwiches with the cake or cookies. She also likes ice cream on crepes. Chicken fingers are also a hit. I don't get the skinless chicken though. I de-bone the chicken breast and then cut it into strips and bread it (made up of her cheese bread) and then fry it. French fries are also a big hit.

These are all ideas that I have gotten from Becky's Dietitian. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more ideas.
