My daughter is now 2. She used to have babble conversations with the walls, ceillings and to no one standing in front of her. I actually contacted someone in our area that is very credible and spoke to her about who she was talking to. She explained that as babies and children, their minds are not capable of deciphering between what they want to see and what they don't want to see. My daughter's great-grandfather is who she talks to as he is her "protector of sorts" she explained. Children are very open-minded. Some will eventually grow out of it and others will carry the gift. My daughter still tells me that she sees people. For instance, she tells me there is a man in her bathroom and there are kids in her bedroom. I make light of the converstation and move on and she forgets about it and goes on to play. Don't worry too much about it, I don't anymore. :)

My sister was able to have conversations with the unseen as well. She slowed down when she started school and was engaged in activities with friends. We took it in stide. Your child won't be harmed and may or may not grow out of it. Make sure you engage your baby in conversation with visually solid people as well. At four months old, I wouldn't fret. Hope your babies are well and happy.

My daughter was a frequent wall talker. She was just stare out at wall or the top of her swing and just start laughing,, cooing,, I use to say she was playing with her fairy friends lol. I don't know why she did this, but it was funny and interesting to watch.

My sister done the exact same thing and even told us that our great gran (who had passed away) was sitting outside on her swing! My son has been having conversations with the walls etc since he could talk, and when he was very young it always looked as if he was following someone around the room! Babies are supposed to have a '6th sense', and adult psychic's are babies who have not lost that ability.
