My daughter suffered from eczema from baby till about 4 years old. then i was put onto some natural products by a friend. After just two days of using these, the eczema dissappeared as if by magic!! i loved them so much I now sell these products...go to You will find the body cleansing gel under body products, use this as a soap alternative, and then use the enhanser skin conditioning gel, full of aloe vera and other good stuff this really soothes the skin. It worked for me!! Good Luck;

Use a really mild cleanser for her and a good moisturizer. While my boys don't have eczema, they do get painfully dry itchy skin in the winter. I use the Dove Cream Oil body wash in the bath and follow that with Eucerin. Cetaphil and Aquaphor are also good and don't have any fragrance added, which can be problematic. Or just use warm water and pat dry followed with a thick lotion until the worst of it passes.

You might also keep a food journal for her to see if anything she's eating is making it worse. A friend of mine started adding foods high in Omega 3's to her daughters diet and it helped. Ask your daughter's doctor about that though, nuts are a good source but she may have an allergy to them.

Good luck.
