Etsy!!! I contacted the seller before I purchased their product to ask it their product would arrive by father's day if I purchased right away. They said yes that it wouldn't be a problem. Well its now June 22 and I still don't have it. I contacted the seller on June 18 and they told me they hadn't even shipped it yet. So when I asked what they would do for me because of the delay, the stopped responding. Yesterday I got a message from etsy saying the product has now been shipped. I already sent a message to etsy about the trouble with the seller and they won't even respond. What can I do?

I can understand that, but there isn't really anything you can do other than provide feedback accordingly. That's the problem with purchasing on sites like that - you do run the risk that it may not go to plan. Well, I guess that's the issue with purchasing online altogether. Just leave the feedback and move on. Just don't purchase from them again.

I am so pissed the order was supposed to arrive in 7 days max today is day 16.

Well, you received an email yesterday saying it was on its way. The only course of action you will have is that if it arrives in good order, leave negative feedback of some sort about the delay.
