We are working on some pretty crazy workouts!
This is the part i LOVE!!
After training women for 20 years (yes, i know i am old) I have learnt what the Women's body needs to get optimal results. And having had 3 kids i have really noticed my body reacts differently to exercise after each child. And then i brought Charles and his twist into the mix and it really made The Tyson Method the best workout i have ever seen for women.(especially moms)

We have been busy working and developing and testing new workouts and I am just so excited i had to share it with you.
Today we tried the EXTREME Plyo core and it was INTENSE! And it was FUN, it is unbelievable what my mamas can do!
Can i say PROUD!
So many of the moms that come to my bootcamp say they have never looked better. What, and after 3 kids?!
That is something to be proud about!
The Boot camp was intense, and i actually have to admit i thought i might faint. But i couldn't let Charles see that i was fading. ( i AM in better shape than him, you know that right?)

It was actually really good and very different.
One of our main goals is to keep challenging our members . We really do want them to be in the best shapes of their lives! And it is really amazing what we can do with our bodies. INCREDIBLE !
Gotta keep it fresh!!
love ya

I did a lot of back strengthening exercises. After my first was born I found I was very weak in that area. Walking was great and I really enjoyed swimming. Post pregnancy, a lot of core exercises and walking on a incline. I took a Salsa Babies class with both of my children - it was a lot of fun!

Walking and swimming when pregnant. Don't forget your pelvic floor! Everyday from now til forever :$ . Lots of walking afterwards and pilates is great as it focuses on core strength and pelvic floor! I also like jogging and skipping but not too soon after the birth and you may want to wear a sanitary pad as it can make you pee! (sorry - been there, done that!) Check out local health or sure start as I did post-preg pilates through them and it was amazing. x

I spent a lot of time in water while pregnant. I also would go for walks daily. After pregnancy I used the Wii a lot so I could keep an eye on my daughter or exercise during naps. After my daughter's swim lessons (which is a mini work out in itself) I put her in the free child care at the health club and use the exercise machines for about 20 minutes.

I did aerobic dance exercises with all mine, plus walking, bicycling, and swimming (in season). My favorite workouts were to modify interpretive dance into a quality aerobic exercise but keep the jumping (polymetrics) out of it while pregnant :) I started back to regular exercises (strength training & aerobics) between 4 and 6 weeks after birth, depending on my recovery time after each birth (I had uncomplicated home-births and my dr okayed me as "back to normal" within 6 to 10 days after each! ~ but, I know better than to do more than my body can handle, so I always restart slow). I've always been able to get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes before the baby is 2 months old - weight... that comes later b/c I breastfeed, so I'm toting some extra weight around temporarily lol!

I could never manage a gym (I have 4 girls and our drive is 36 miles from the nearest gym) so I purchased an fitness program that came with an online fitness coach. Cheaper than two month's membership at the nearest gym and I didn't have to factor in gas and time! :)

I did water aerobics, and it was wonderful! i lost all my weight very quickly after birth. I think walking would be good for most people but i couldnt because i had braxton hicks throughout my whole pregnancy and it was too painful to walk for any length of time. But being in water exercising really was great for me.

I did alot of walking during my pregnancy. I now have a 4 1/2 month old and i go to the gym 3 mornings a week as the gym has childcare for $2 an hr. As all docs say PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES help during and after pregnancy, and it aparently helps you get into shape faster after bubs is born. I also got told not to do any major exercise until my bub was 8 weeks old too! But walking and fast pace walking is grwat i reckon! :)
