Does anyone have a hard time balancing their life and trying to exercise to lose the baby weight?? my son is already almost 7 weeks and I still haven't found time to exercise and lose some of the baby weight any suggestions on how you did it, especially being a breastfeeding mom I cant just get a sitter for a few hours nor would i want to but I am feeling my self esteem slip...

most Gym's have creche's where you can drop bub's off and workout for an hour. Confirm with your doctor first. Exercise for the happiness of exercising not for losing the weight,

I really wouldn't worry, my lad's just turned four months and I'm only just starting to find time to worry about me. Just try and eat right, the weight does fall off just not as quick as we'd all like. Enjoy your little one and worry about the weight loss another day.

my little one is almost 9 weeks and i still have problems getting everything to balance. usually to exercise i stick her in the stroller and go for a walk. i try to do it every evening after dinner. you dont want to overdo it. esp cuz it hasnt been too long.i heard if you overdo it you could hurt yourself. well good luck!

hi,
to be honest i would not worry too much about it yet. i use to fret about loosing the weight but it took a few months to sort out a routine for my exercise. the best thing is go for a brisk walk with baby in the pram its the best way to get the exercise you need as getting time away to do exercise without baby is hard. good luck!!!
