I get not having energy to even want to talk. A bit of depression. I assume you are a mom. My freind and I have talked about this. We as women simply change. Our entire life and being changes once you are a mom. It's almost mourning your "old" life, the way things were and how they are now for years to come as they grow. I've been trying to hook up with a couple groups of women who are moms also and have little ones so we can all talk and share, but even getting together seems to be a problem. one can't, the other can't , etc. I absolutely would not trade being a mom for anything, but I find just simple things I'd like to do for myself are not even an option. Now it's to the point just getting my hair done down the road I immediately take a long breath once I'm in the vehicle. One thing you don't want to do is bottle it up...whatever it is you are feeling. Seems to magnify 10x when I do that.

Hey, I really can relate with you. As a matter of fact I (currently) feel tired and drained, I cannot even elaborate. I'm going through a roller coaster of emotions ( sadness, loneliness, frustration, anger, no sense of belonging,etc.). I'll post again when I'm a bit energised. One thing for sure you are not the only one...

I'm am there. It's one thing to talk on the phone, but to get out and be around other adults and connecting is so needed. In what ways are you feeling lonely? My husband is a great support, but still cannot understand my need to get out and breath.
