feet pointing outwards when walking, is this normal?

my son is 10 months old and has been walking the last week with my help. he pushes his walker all by himself and also when i hold his hands and i walk behind him, but his feet point outwards, will he grow out of this?

My son did that till he was about 16-18 months old and then grew out of it. He was a late walker and didn't walk till he was 16 months. Everything is normal with him and yes he did grow out of it! As long as he is developing normally, I wouldn't worry about it. Good Luck

most likely he will. with my 2nd child, we had to put her shoes on the wrong feet for a couple of years. it worked.

Yes, he should grow out of it, my oldest daughter did that when she was first learning and now my youngest is doing the same thing. If it persists as he gets a little older the best thing to do is to let him walk barefoot a lot as it helps his feet develop the proper muscles to turn his foot inward (an orthopedist told me this when I was younger and toed-in a lot).
