Do you mean that you currently feed 2-3 times a night? Look at your diet. If you are not getting proper nutrition your milk will be thin and watery and thus will not fill up your baby. I know it's hard to eat properly when you are up all night, I had almost no appetite and thus had to start supplementing with a formula. It was that and improper latching - my son just wasn't getting enough even though he was sucking for 45 min per feeding. My baby started sleeping through the night at 2.5 months once I started supplementing.

I am not sure what you are getting at, but the only true thing that helps a baby sleep at night is time and patience. Be consistent.
