I love my Cardio Crunch. It focuses on your core and it's all 'dancing'...my 7yr old and 3yr old try to do it with me!

Okay this may sound crazy but I like my Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip. It is fun and different. Plus you can can learn some cool sexy moves to use in the bedroom. It has a great Cardio on it that kicks my butt and more.

i also have the wii fit. What i did right after i had my daughter was start a routine. I took thermogenics and vitamins. cut my sugar intake and only ate grilled beef or chicken with grean beans or peas. for a few months and used my wii board. i lost 20 pounds. It helps to get your kids into it to. It was a motivator for me. now I use a combo of free workout dnace videos online and my wii dance game and it is a workout.!

i really liked erin o'brien's prenatal fitness fix. there's a 40 minute workout and is really friendly to do in a home. also has a 20 min video to exercise with hubby if you want. i did it when i was pregnant and is still a good one to do now. i liked veena/neena's belly dancing videos - i think they're called the belly twins. ?? but those are good. i did like one called Tantric toning. it was a good workout plus kinda a female empowerment at the same time. that one had three sections to it, a person who did exercises with modefications for us who weren't as limber yet, and a meditation at the end - but i never had time for that!!!

I purchased a very inexpensive workout video that's been so much fun : Latin Dance Mix. There are 5 10 minutes session. I love it.

If you are interested in getting in shape, I really recommend vfl.com. It's like having your own private coach. The program calculates your calories, gives you menu ideas, and when you log in your meals each day, you get reimbursed! Some people have even won prizes for their weight loss efforts. You have to be enrolled with Melaleuca to join it. But many people have had success loosing weight with this program.

If you want more info. let me know and I will send it to you.

This may not help you, but I LOVE the "My Fitness Coach" for the Wii. Not sure if you have a Wii. You don't need the balance board for the program. Workouts can be set to 15 mins on up to 72 or 90 mins (can't remember which).
