Has anyone been pregnant but failed several pregnancy tests?

I'm worried and curious about this. My period last cycle was three days late, and only lasted two days. My flow started out very light and pink then the second day it was slightly heavier and more red with quite a bit of uterine lining. My fiance and I have been having unprotected sex for about a month and a half now. About a week before my 'period' came my breasts became very sore, which is normal for my periods, but then they started getting extremely itchy, which is not normal for me. So, I took two dollar store pregnancy tests the day after I stopped bleeding and both came back negative. I was having period-like cramps still so I went to the doctor and he pretty much told me that my bleeding was just ovulation. Which didn't really make any sense to me. Four days after I began feeling nauseous in the morning and then throughout the day. I haven't actually gotten sick, though. I haven't been able to eat some of the foods that I was able to before and all I can eat without feeling nauseous is greasy foods such as mozzarella sticks, pizza and burger king. Now I've noticed that my breasts have become veiny and swollen, and they still are sore and itchy. I feel sad for no reason often, and all my fiance has to do is breathe heavily and it sets me off, which has never happened to me before. I took another test last night but was also negative. Has anyone else experienced this?

Well, my aunt is the one that pointed out the possibility of me being pregnant. I didn't think anything of it until she said that it sounds like I could be so I took a couple tests and they were both negative. She then said that what I thought was my period could have actually been implantation bleeding so that would make sense why the tests were negative. Now she's saying that for some people hormone levels are too low to be read until around 8-10 weeks.

I remember the hormones taking a little longer than that to kick in, but everyone is different. Your symptoms could be psychsomatic, but if you are worried, go get a proper blood test done.
