The "natural" way I guess I mean no diet pills & if diet pills id still like to know. Id prefer natural way I never have been this heavy in my life after I had my son ive been gaining and its out of control I hate looking in the mirror im sooo self conscious. I use to stand up straight & now I even slouch! Use to LOVE SHOPPING now I dread gng because most likely I went up a size. I use to b a size 5 & exercised 6x a week to maintain that, when I dated my husband and would LOVE to go back to that. 1st I have a lack of energy I can barely keep up with keeping my whole house & it staying clean at one time!! We live on a budget so I can't get a gym membership. And the street I live on there r NO SIDEWALKS which scares me & I see plenty of pple exercising every morning walking, riding bikes.. etc. Please give me ideas im a mom with 5yr old & 2yr old.

Hello Kayla thanks 4 your response, wow u sound like u have a beautiful family & your so blessed to have 4 children. My sister in law has 4 children as well & Id have 2 admit im a little jealous, because 1st its a true blessing it is a very hard job but its most rewarding. My husband is not fully on board w/ having more but we r still young&hopefully we have time & he changes his mind. I think family is a beautiful thing. Wow, congratulations on your wieghtloss. Well my husband works night shift which is a little tough but im sure if I stick to something it can b done. My husband does NOT help when it comes ,2 him buying unhealthy foods such as unhealthy snacks (but no microwave foods)& he ALWAYS goes w/ me 2 buy groceries & ive always said noo please don't put that in because 1st I know its unhealthy & tempting. 2nd dont want my kids eating it either. I think if most pple seen me they'd b quick 2 assume I do not care about my children's health & give them everything they desire (not that they r overweight by any means). I dont do that, I dont want them to turn out like me, but honestly I truly try to incorporate different veggies & salads, beans, legumes.. etc (which my problem isportion control) Thanks 4 ur help Im gng 2 try my hardest 2 fit something in my schedule because this is so bad 4 my health. Is your husband on board w/ your healthy meals? Did u have any trouble w/convincing him or were you blessed enough 2 have him support u w/ out a fight? May God Bless You.

Hi there. I am a mom of 3, a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a 11 month old. I recently lost 40 pounds, and I am still losing. I did it all the natural way by eating a healthy balanced diet, and exercising whenever I can. With kids, it is hard to find the time, and I am also on a budget and can`t afford a gym membership. What helps for me, is to get the kids involved in the workout as much as possible. Also, my kids eat what I eat, so there is no temptation for me if they are having unhealthy snacks and I`m not. It`s a plus that it is great for them to eat healthy too!

I do all my workouts at home, either during the day when my baby sleeps, or at night when my husband is home and can take care of the kids while I do it. Can you get your husband to do something similar so you can workout.

It is very hard to get into this routine. But trust me, give it a week or 2 and you will start to feel great. The healthy eating will fuel your body, so that you are able to workout without getting so exhausted. It is a hard thing to do, and you will be tired and sore, but it is worth it.

I gained a total of 50 pounds throughout all my pregnancies, and I am now 10 pounds away from losing all of that. It is possible! Good luck! And if you ever want some great at home workouts, or a healthy eating plan, send me an email. I`d love to talk and help you out if I can :)
