Have an Implanon, feel pregnant but tests say no. Any advice from others with an Implanon?

I have three kids 3yo, 2yo & 5mo. Each time I have known straight away that I was pregnant.

However, I have had pregnancy symptoms for about 15 days now. I am breastfeeding & have an Implanon implant.

My symptoms include always wanting to pee, need to sleep in the day kind of exhaustion, eczema on my hands & feet (I get this every time I fall pregnant, morning sickness till about 11am & again in the evenings (worse if I have had a poor night's sleep), also (sorry if this is too much info) but my prolapse has softened & this only happens when I'm pregnant.

I have done 5 tests, 4 urine & 1 blood, they are all negative but I still feel pregnant. I am wondering if the Implanon could be causing the symptoms or affecting the test results?

Has anyone else gotten pregnant on Implanon & had negative test results or had a phantom pregnancy?

I have the same situation...well for the most part. My son is only 9 months old. I got the implanon and am breastfeeding as well though. I always feel pregnant and in the beginning of the month I will sometimes have severe cramps but no bleeding. I personally take a test once a month to make sure its not pregnancy just for my piece of mind. I know of one person who got pregnant with the implanon in but I am not sure of how long she had had it in. It may depend on your bodies chemistry. I hope you figure it out.

I had it put in about 2 months ago. I've felt pregnant pretty much ever since. I know I'm not as I'm having periods and have taken tests but my word it feels like I am.
I guess it's just the way it beds down but by God could I live without bursting into tears in the office :s

well i looked it up on their website and it says that the symptoms of having one in a ALOT like being pregnant so i wouldn't worry. If your blood test was negative than your fine.
