pressure and some pains are normal towards the end of pregnancies. It can be from a number of things, the baby growing, the baby moving, your uterus stretching etc etc etc.... its if the pain continues or gets worse then u should def get it checked out in case something is wrong or early labour.
Biggest question is ... where are you getting these pains? are they bareable? where is the pressure? If ever in doubt contact your midwife and discuss your concerns!

My first thought is everything ok? You should probably check with your ob just to be sure! Pressure is a sign of labor, and pain definately is!

If everything is ok, you might try to reposition the baby, lay on your side, and then lay on the other side. If that doesn't work you can try to more them by getting on your hands and knees and let your belly hang for a few mintues.

Also my favorite is to get baby daddy to give you a very gente massage. I would take hot showers and just sit on the floor of the shower for awhile. And sometimes taking a walk would help! If you have alot of gas, and that is the pressure, try to eat less foods that promote gas. Other than that, pregnancy isn't always going to be the most comfortable thing! You are almost there! Look for the end result and hang in there!!!
