Hello all of you stay at home mommies :) I have a six month old daughter and we don't get out all that much because everyone in my area that have kids are either older or the moms work. I was wondering Any good suggestions on boredom busters and also maybe games and crafts that you all do with your little ones. We have been doing some finger plays and listen to kidsongs she also likes to watch baby einstein She likes her jump-a-roo too . Some days i just feel as if we need something new to do and it's not that easy to get up and go all the time. Any Advice or suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you!

My daughter and I go outside and play. We just take an old comforter we don't use to sleep on anymore, some toys, and enjoy being outside. With her, even the same thing takes on new dimension if it's done outside. Inside we get out the pots and pans, dance together, try coloring, lots of reading, and she loved watching me do the housework at that age...now she "helps" me with it.

my son will be 7 months in a couple of days and our days are pretty much the same. Only he doesn't really like his jumper or his play mat and prefers to play with my things rather then his toys. I suggest taken walks either in his stroller or holding him my son loves when I just walk around. He likes seeing new things and loves interacting with other people. I have tried having his cousin which is two weeks older come by put they do not play with each other and end up just hurting each other.

I crochet. And sometimes, my son and I will have "art time", where we just draw. He's learning how to make separate circles and lines! It gives me a chance to doodle, and he's so proud of his work, I can't help but smile!

I played "school" with my son since he was that age. he is now 3 and everyone compliments on how smart he is(for most kids his age). we would color, sing abc's, count, read, exercise. etc...
