Just so you know, this is not at all unusual. My daughter turned 2 in October and she still wakes up once a night for something to drink. Sometimes you just have to pick your battles and let them be who they are.

Unless doc is wanting her to eat more I would say don't give the bottle when she wakes up at night. Feed her a snack before she lays down for the night with doing a bottle, but don't allow her to fall asleep on the bottle...after she gets done with the bottle brush teeth. At first she may cry because she is not getting the bottle or if she is falling asleep to the bottle then she will cry because that is the only way she knows how to put herself to sleep. So she is having to try to figure out a new way. My guess is once you stop giving her the bottle she will stop waking. You can also put water in the middle of the night bottles, but I would decrease the amount each night. Still not allowing her to fall asleep to the bottle you give her right before bedtime.
