if its a blood blister it is probably goin to burst or start seeping. you can doa warm compress and when it starts to seep or burst just keep it clean and cover with a bandaid watch for infection or bad smell but it will probably heal on its own. ur baby is probably due for a 9 mths check up so bring it up then and if its still not clearing up or still has not burst with in about a week i would bring her in anyway (if it is worring you) otherwise if she is not crying when standing or having restrictions on her walking she will probably b just fine!

I dont think you need to do anything for a blood blister. I think they go away on their own dont they?
