Help!! How to break 4mo old's separation anxiety from mom!

Hello!! I'm a stay at home mom of a beautiful 4 month old baby girl named Vivienne (Vivi for short)!!

Whenever I try to pass Vivi off to my husband when he gets home from work, she is completely fine and as happy as can be to see her daddy after not seeing him all day. The struggle and separation anxiety kicks in when he tries to put her down to sleep or I step out to either run errands or go workout. She screams bloody murder for hours, it seems at least, until I get back or eventually wears herself out enough and falls asleep. But the minute I have her in my arms, she stops crying and will almost immediately start smiling! He's not the only one this happens with either. She won't let anyone other than myself put her to sleep (for naps or to bed). I understand that she's with me all day long and relies so much on me for that comfort but do any moms out there have any advice on how to break this separation anxiety that she seems to have??

My husband and I are going on a 10 day trip to Madrid, Spain and Santorini, Greece in October as a vow renewal trip/baby moon and she will be staying with her grandparents while we're gone and would hate for them to have deal with her screaming nonstop for the entire 10 days we will be gone. :( ANY suggestions/advice is MUCH appreciated!!!! Thank you so much in advance!!

You just have to separate from your child. Even if hey scream and cry do not give in. Thy will adjust after a week or so...the firs week ill be torture though. It may even just take a few days. Goodluck
