Have you checked to see if she has a Urinary Tract Infection? If not, it could be behavioral..any changes in the family, or in her life? Kids sometimes regress to help cope with a stressful situation. This sort of thing can be complicated, if there is no new stress in her environment, and no UTI...I would pick the brains of you kid's doctor to come up with a solution.

ok i dont know how much this will help but the best advice i was given with my 3 and 1/2 yr old is she will do it when she is ready now i was trying since she was 15 months old and up until about a month ago nothing helped and since i waited on her to give me the signs that she was ready like waiting on her to ask me to take her to the potty and now a month later she is completly trained and would probably make it thru the night but i am not so sure yet so i waited until she was ready and now it is soooo musch better and wont even use her potty seat anymore since in her words she is a BIG GOOD GIRL NOW i hope this helps
