There are a lot of English speakers that are living in Japan, you just need to get out to find them. Also immersing yourself helps you learn another language faster.
You asked for some advice, I gave it and then you just had excuses for not doing anything about your situation.
My family moved to 3 different countries while my Mother was young. My Grandparents learned the local languages in each country they lived in. The only thing stopping you meeting new people and enjoying the experience of living in a different country is you.

Hi Michelle, thanks for the reply.. Wish I could but I'm not good at their language. I live in Japan now and I married a Japanese man. He never even had off days to spend with my baby and we live separately with his family. I took care of the baby since the day he was born all alone. And my whole family doesn't live here . I almost lost my mind after I gave birth I thought all my hopes had gone. But I guess I feel more better now after three months post natal

You should find a playgroup or Mother's group to join. That way you will meet people in the same situation as yourself.
I know some women who stay in contact with their Mother's group members for many years.

ETA: New people won't come to you, you need to get out and meet them. Yes, it can be scary but what have you got to lose? In my eyes nothing, you have new friendships to gain though.
