I have two sons a three year old and an 18 month old I am having a struggle with the age diffrence and trying to keep them active now that it is cold my three year old has recently started potty training and LOVES crafts and I have trouble keeping my little one entertained while we make a quick craft and I am having a harder time keeping my kool with the new challanges I am met with having 2 toddlers any advice on how to maybe fix these because some days I think going to work would almost help but i don't want to look back on this time with my kids and regret anything and we cannot afford daycare I wouldn't make enough money (believe me we've been over it 200 times ) and I just don't want to feel stressed all the time

Check out those websites I posted above - the 1st one has hundreds of things to do - its great! :)

If you wanted to earn some money and have a career at the same time as staying at home you could always look into starting in home care for other kids for a few hours a week? Other kids always keep your kids active and entertained too - I wanted to do it too - but might wait until mine is a bit older :)

Waiting to hear some good idea's also. I am in the same boat. I'm approaching 4 years home with my 3 year old daughter's and I need some idea's to keep them entertained during the cold months. My girls also love crafts but I feel like I've done everything (though I'm sure I haven't).

My favorite thing to do was to make a hut inside out of sheets etc.. then put duvets and pillows in it and all snuggle up in it, have a few books etc and a picnic or make puppets and get your three year old to put on a show for you and your 18mnth old :).
Shadow puppets are cool too ..
These websites both have great ideas for indoor activitys for kids :)

My little brother used to love vacuuming - I suppose because it was noisy and had wheels- encourage them to help you with household chores by making them into a game - like I will time you to see how long it takes for you to put all of your toys back in the box - they think its great haha
